Pro tip! Understand how to upload mp3 files to your phone system. If using a cellular plan, some companies don't allow mp3 files to be uploaded, and recording directly to the phone message interface is your only option.
Why do I need commercial rights?
By purchasing Commercial Rights with your order, in addition to the basic rights, the Seller grants you with a license to use the VoiceOver for any corporate, promotional and non-broadcast purpose-this means any business related use for the creation of, or to promote a for-product profit or service
What if I need more than 5 files?
If you need more than 5 files for your project, message me about your project and I'll make you a custom offer. Or select the drop-down box next to split files and buy enough to get you to the number of files required. Always make sure to indicate in your script where a new file begins and ends.
Can I choose my background music myself?
Yes! With my subscription to a royalty-free music service, I can deliver any music from this site and it will be yours to use with no royalty issues! Go to audioblocks.com and find a track you like and I'll mix it into your on-hold messaging order!
Can you write the phone messages for me?
Yes. I have written a number of greeting and on-hold messages for clients. I don't have a price listed for this but just message me and we can discuss your needs.
Can you do a voice greeting for my personal phone?
Sure! That would be fun. As the greeting isn't for business usage, you would not need to add commercial rights extra, but the price of purchase would be for the word count only and any extras you just want to add.
Why would a phone greeting need Broadcast Rights?
Regular business phone greetings do not require this, however, if your script is for an outbound, automated telemarketing to tell people about your product or service, this usage requires an extra license and I require a broadcast license for this.
