What files do you need to start the project?
Please provide clear PDF or CAD drawings with dimensions, levels, heights, wall thicknesses, doors, windows, and any relevant sections or elevations. Incomplete or unclear information may require additional time or a custom offer.
What is included in the Revit model?
The model includes generic architectural walls, floors, roofs, doors, and windows based on the supplied drawings. Floor plans, elevations, and sections are included according to the selected package.
Will I receive the editable Revit source file?
Yes. The editable source file will be delivered in Autodesk Revit 2023. Files can be upgraded when opened in newer Revit versions, but they cannot be opened in earlier versions.
Does this service include photorealistic rendering?
No. The included image is a basic 3D view exported directly from Revit. Photorealistic rendering, detailed materials, lighting, environment, furniture, and people are not included.
Can you model a larger or more complex project?
Yes, but projects exceeding the package area, containing complex geometry, multiple levels, custom families, or incomplete documentation must be reviewed first and quoted through a custom offer.
