I will create photorealistic residential architectural 3d rendering

About this gig
Hi! My name is Aldo, and I work as an architect, architectural photographer and cg artist since 2003. I'm also founder of Táctica Gráfica México, a rendering workshop for architects and real state developers.
Service:
Professional photorealistic exterior residential renderings for your project. Including full support from me and my team, high quality images (4k size), high quality assets and commercial use licence.
Software:
The software used for your rendering is Sketchup and D5 render. As I have a physical office in Mexico (and therefore we're subject of constant audits by the IMPI), all of our software licences are up to day.
What do we need:
- Look n' feel you'd like for your renderings. Maybe you have a preferred angle or daytime for your project, maybe you have selected your own viewpoints.
- 3d model of your project (Sketchup or OBJ/FBX files). If you don't have a 3d model, CAD plans will be enough, but consider if your project is too complex to model, the deliver time may be extended.
The images deliveried will be 4k size PNG/PSD/JPG files.

FAQ
So, you're just another guy making renderings in your free time, isn't it?
Well yeah, but... Wrong! I'm the one making your images, yes, but I also own a rendering workshop founded in 2003 in Mexico. I have a physical office, a great team of people, clients in north/south america, europe and middle east. Pay a visit to my website! https://tacticagrafica.com
Ok Mr. physical office, I need renderings asap. Can I contact you now, or you'll be sleeping right now?
You can contact me anytime, just consider that I may clear any doubts, receive some information and program a job at once, but rendering and modeling work will begin on my working day (the very same day). I'm based in Mexico (G.M.T. -6) and I've had zoom meetings even with GMT+3 (Saudi Arabia).
Fine. I need a real big bunch of renderings ¿Can you do it?
Sure! Some of my customers are used to ordering more than 30 images per job (interiors, exteriors, aerials, floor plans; they're all real state developers). Just consider price and delivery time will be specifically tailored for your project.
But can you create 8k ultra-photorealistic state-of-the-art pixel-perfect jaw-dropping images?
We generate, not create.·. and yes. Now in 2025, almost any render made by me (or anyone here) should be pretty good at being amazing. But additional attributes on your image (8k, rendering+photomontage, aerial views, particular furniture) may have additional cost. Just contact me before ordering.
What if I only have an idea, not really specific or on-site finishing plans. Can you pull out a render from that?
Yeah. I could make you a project (that'd be another gig). But I'll need examples of what you want for your space: furniture, finishes, lighting, vegetation, the area of the project to intervene... I could also make your plans (floor plans, elevations, sections...) for an additional co$t *wink*.
And what's with your software? It's licensed? I don't want Trimble or Adobe lawyers knocking on my door.
All our software is licensed. We use Sketchup+D5 Render for production, and for post we use GIMP. In the case of modeling something really complex we invite Blender to the party. All this years, we've learn to work without companies whose philosophy is not shared by us.
Oh, so you have a "philosophy"
I don't like companies who monopolize software creating "industry standards". That's the reason we get rid of (you-know-which-ones) companies who rent their software or charge amounts most people can not afford to use it. (A 3d max 1 year license here cost as much as a perfect shape pre-owned car).
