I am an architect with 25 years of combined experience in design, quantity surveying, and cost estimating services. I provide accurate quantity takeoff and costing for construction projects.
I am proficient in Excel and PlanSwift, and can work with either if required by the client. However, I prefer to use my own proprietary software, which allows PDF upload, scale calibration, measurement, and generation of professional, submission-ready output.

What if something need to revise on the numbers given, do you accept revision?
As long as it did not exceed 15% of the workload, yes we revise at no extra cost. Second revision will be charge accordingly.
What if during the time of estimation , suddenly the plan is revised, therefore estimate need to be revised too, how you handle the same situation?
As long as the revision does not exceed 15% of the workload and it is within the specified time, yes we allow revision. We only allow once, in exceeds of that, addtional fee will be charge
