Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.

Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, reclassifications, and accounting adjustments.

Perform General Ledger account analysis and reconciliations.

Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies.

Analyze financial transactions and determine the appropriate accounting treatment.

Manage and review Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.

Perform vendor and customer account reconciliations.

Review and clear open items, credit notes, advances, and unapplied transactions.

Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.

Prepare and coordinate vendor and tax payments, including high-value transactions.

Support Treasury activities and cash management processes.

Monitor customer balances, vendor balances, collections, and payments.

Analyze revenue, operating expenses, assets, liabilities, and equity accounts.

Prepare financial reports and accounting schedules for management.

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and expense monitoring.
