If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or inconsistent, you don't need more motivation you need clarity, structure, and accountability.

Im Alec, and I offer grounded accountability support to help you slow things down, get clear, and take consistent steps forward. You don't need to have everything figured out when we start. We'll work through it together, one week at a time.

How this works:

• Weekly 60-minute sessions
• Honest, supportive conversations
• A simple, evolving action plan after each session
• Optional check-ins between sessions, based on your needs

Each week, we'll look at what worked, what didn't, and adjust without pressure or judgment. The goal isn't perfection or quick fixes its building consistency and tools you can use on your own over time.

Note: Delivery confirms the start of our coaching. The delivery timeframe reflects the full length of the package, with sessions taking place weekly.

Availability:

Currently offered part-time, with sessions on weekends and weekday evenings, plus select early mornings.

Accountability and check-ins remain regular and consistent throughout the week.
