FAQ
What formats do you provide?
Common file formats are .WORD, .DOC & .PDF that are ATS compliant & I am able to provide.
Can you make my CV ATS compliant?
Yes, I can do my best, however each ATS CV scanner & job application varies. There is no guarantee on what exact score you will get, as each tool works & scans keywords differently. Your CV will be tested using various tools, but not relying solely upon AI advice or specific scores & figures.
What if my English is not fluent - can you correct it?
Yes, I have re-worded & designed both CVs & cover letters for international clients (Saudi Arabia & Spain). I am not a translator or fluent in any other language apart from English however, I can use a third party translator if discussed prior.
What currency will I be billed in? Do Fiverr charge fees? VAT & conversion rates?
$/US dollars by default, then at the checkout, your actual currency (based on your location) will be converted by Fiverr. Platform fees/tax will also apply, determined by Fiverr not me.
What if I want a different design or something re-written?
If revisions are included in your package, you will be able to request amendments. If not, you will need to book these at an additional cost, then once your request is received, they will be processed. Please note: revisions may add additional delivery & turn-around times to the original package.
Can you provide one service without a package?
Yes, I can rewrite for example; a cover letter only. Or if you are happy with your CV, I can just re-design it for you. Please message me directly to discuss your needs, as I may be able to create a special offer.
Do you offer discounts or special offers on multiple orders?
Yes, of course! Please directly message me prior to booking and I shall create a discount if you require a larger amount of jobs or copywriting/editing - on any of my gigs (not just this one). Contact me to discuss custom packages.
Do you provide other copywriting services?
Yes, I also provide marketing & copywriting services - for example, compiling a report, copywriting for your brand/website, writing a blog, or marketing services. Please message me directly.
How do we get started on my order?
Please message me to discuss your requirements first. I will then either create an offer for you, or direct you to the most relevant gig I have, for the service(s) required. I will need to know what you want rewriting or redesigning, your desired job role(s) & a deadline.

Content edited or created may be used in my portfolio. If you object to this, your order will be cancelled. This must be clearly stated BEFORE booking, as I use content to demonstrate my skills.

Intially the work didnt reflect the examples shown on the ordered listing, however after communication the provider did amend it to something closer to the examples shown - I will need to work on it my end to make it suitable. A partial refund was promised but then not recieved.
