Hello! My name is Alena. I am an award-winning children's picture book illustrator.
I`ve illustrated over a 70 books for self-publishing authors and indie publishers, including best-selling books. I only work in my style.
- My illustrations evoke warmth and joy and are defined by soft colors, gentle textures, and a whimsical charm.
- My work invites viewers to appreciate the little moments, making it perfect for the family stories.
WORKFLOW:
- Concept: You create a description of each illustration.
- Discussion: We will discuss all aspects - style, page size, characters, and delivery time, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Character Approval: I will create the first illustration to show the main characters. You will review it to ensure the characters match your vision, and you can make adjustments.
- Progress: I will continue working on the next illustrations, sending you regular updates.
- Final Preparation: I will design the cover and prepare files for printing.

Hi, I'm Alena! I live in Georgia and love to travel. I'm also a big fan of plants and dream of filling my apartment with as many as possible. I've been obsessed with books since I was a child and always knew I wanted to be a book artist, which is why I studied design. I really enjoy creating whimsical and cute art. I'll admit, I'm a bit of a perfectionist and won't rest until I've created something truly special.

Is it possible to get a sample for my children's book?
Yes, the price is 70 USD. Please order a BASIC package.
Will i have a full commercial copyrights for the images?
Yes, I will only be allowed to display illustrations in my portfolio. Everything else belongs to you!
How many revisions are included in the price?
2 rounds of a small revisions (2 to each illustration in the book) are included in the price. Note: revisions improve an initial concept. Everything what was not provided in the requirements, before I started to work on the book, are a subject of an extra fee.
Do you help preparing the book for KDP or IngramSpark?
Yes, you will get a fully ready files of your children's book for KDP or IngramSpark publishing.
Do you design book covers?
Yes. Book cover design included in Standart and Premium packages.
What information i need to provide you when i ordering this gig?
1. Description of each illustration and cover. 2. Description of each character. If you have references - even better. 3. Size of the book. 4. Final version of the script, dedication, copyright, blurb, full authors name and everything else that needs to be included in the book.
How to got best quality result?
Write detailed description of each illustration and your vision, and be available to collaborate!
What is your refund policy?
If the order is delivered following the requirements you provided, refunds will not be available. Each illustration is a unique, custom creation tailored specifically for you.
