What information do you need to get started?
Send me your logo or design (PNG, JPG, or vector file if you have one), your preferred patch size, and the backing type you want — iron-on, sew-on, or velcro.
What's the difference between the Basic, Standard, and Premium packages?
Basic gets you a digital design and mockup only, so you can approve the look before committing to physical patches. Standard and Premium include the actual embroidered patches — 10 pieces on Standard, 50 on Premium — produced and shipped to you.
Can I order more than 50 patches?
Yes — message me before ordering with your desired quantity and I'll send a custom quote. Bulk orders get better pricing per patch.
What backing options are available?
Iron-on, sew-on, and velcro (hook-and-loop) backing are all available. Let me know your preference when you order.
Do you offer complex or multi-color designs?
Yes — complex shapes and detailed multi-color designs are included in the Standard and Premium packages. If you're on Basic and want a more intricate design, add the Complex Shapes extra.
How long does shipping take once patches are produced?
Production and shipping time is included in the delivery estimate for Standard and Premium packages. International orders may take a few extra days depending on your location — feel free to ask before ordering if you need it by a specific date.
Will I get the digital embroidery file too?
Yes, every package includes the digital embroidery file (DST, PES, EMB, or JEF) along with your physical patches, so you can reorder in the future without paying for digitizing again.
What if I'm not happy with the design?
Each package includes revisions before production begins, so you'll approve a mockup first. If you need more changes than your package includes, you can add the Additional Revision extra.
