I run this on my own systems. A mail robot reads the inbox every minute, sorts each message, rates how urgent it is and writes a reply draft. A junk check runs every 30 minutes. Bounced mails switch off dead records in the database, twice per hour. Every step is written to a log with tokens, model and run time.

Who pays for the AI usage?
You do, on your own provider account. I set it up with your key, so you see every cent and can change provider later without touching the code. A daily cap stops runaway costs.
Does this work on WordPress or Shopify?
No. I build on hand coded sites. If you are on a builder and want to move away from it, ask me about a rebuild first, then the chat on top.
What if the chat gives a wrong answer?
It answers from your content and names the source, so a wrong answer usually means your content is wrong or missing. When it does not know, it hands over to your contact form instead of inventing something.
Do you speak German?
Yes, German is my first language, and the chat can answer in German too. I work from Osterode am Harz in Germany. Write in German or English.
