WHY GERMAN INBOXES ARE DIFFERENT
GMX, Web.de and t-online run their own acceptance rules that nobody outside the German market knows. Two cases from my own work: a mail host without its own A record next to the AAAA record, so IPv4 senders find nothing. And three spaces inside a DKIM key, which quietly kills the signature.
From my own systems, 21,030 subscribers with 3,110 of them on t-online: bounces went from 7.2 percent to 4.8 percent, German core to zero. My own sending IP sat on the t-online block list once. I got it off and proved delivery with a real SMTP handshake.

Do you need access to my server?
Usually not. SPF, DKIM and DMARC live in your DNS. I hand you the exact records to paste, or you give me DNS access and I set them. For the test send I need one mailbox I may send from.
Can you guarantee my mail reaches the inbox?
No, and nobody can. Providers decide per message. What I can do is remove every technical reason to reject you: authentication, reverse DNS, blocklists, and a sending setup that looks trustworthy.
My mail works fine with Gmail. Why bother?
Gmail is the easiest of the lot. GMX, Web.de and t-online are stricter and quieter about it. If your German customers stop replying, this is usually why.
Do you speak German?
Yes, German is my first language. I work from Osterode am Harz in Germany. Write in German or English, whichever suits you. Same price, same delivery time.
I am on the t-online blocklist. Does Basic remove it?
Basic finds it and tells you why. Getting the IP removed is a separate step, see the T Online Block extra. t-online decides on the request, so nobody can promise the outcome.
