I will create sheet metal design and drawings

I will design sheet metal parts in SolidWorks and prepare DXF flat patterns and technical drawings for cutting and bending.

I work as a mechanical design engineer and use SolidWorks daily. I can help with brackets, panels, covers, enclosures, and small sheet metal assemblies.

Depending on your package, you will receive:

• Editable SolidWorks files
• STEP models
• DXF flat patterns
• PDF drawings with dimensions and bend details
• An assembly drawing for the Premium package

I can work from dimensioned sketches, drawings, or existing CAD files. Please provide the material, sheet thickness, inside bend radius, and your fabricator's bend parameters. If these are unavailable, we can agree on assumptions for your fabricator to verify before production.

Basic covers one simple part with up to 2 bends. Standard covers one detailed part with up to 6 bends. Premium covers an assembly of up to 3 simple sheet metal parts.

Please message me before ordering to confirm the scope, required files, and delivery time. Revisions cover adjustments within the agreed requirements. New parts or changes to the original concept are quoted separately.
