What will I receive with this gig?
You will receive a Microsoft Excel file with your tasks, dates and team members. It is a clean, modern and professional looking Gantt Chart to plan and control your project. File is based on own developed template, with dashboard/automated status alerts and schedule risk assessment.
Can I request a revision after I receive my project plan?
Minor adjustments just send me a message, I will be glad to help you. If you are purchasing premium package, it will include 2 revisions for free, no questions asked - up to 3 days after receiving file. And if a careful revision is needed (scope/detail changes) please select as "extra" revision.
Will I be able to update or copy and paste my project plan?
Yes, you will be able to update your task names, start dates, workdays required and Gantt Chart/project plan will automatically update itself for you. You will be able to copy/paste to other applications for a professional presentation. PS: some formula cells will be locked to prevent malfunction.
Will I be able to edit my file as needed to add/update tasks?
Yes, you will receive a fully editable file - nothing is locked or password-protected. You will be able to add more lines with a little study of the features and copy/paste from existing lines. You will be able to make your own adjustments to dashboard area if you feel comfortable in excel charts.
Can I ask for a customized format that includes features not described in gig?
Yes, you can. However I recommend you contact first and describe what you need. I will do my best to fully understand your unique requirements and translate it into a powerful, automated and clean-looking project tool for you.
