You will receive simple questionnaire and prioritization tool link - we find it very important to understand your current project team structure, and more about the nature of your projects.
What should I expect to receive with the 2 hour package?
We will be able to complete an initial assessment of your project/PMO gaps and provide guidance regarding: * Methodologies * Tools/reports/training * Map your strategic priorities in relevance of project delivery * Recommend performance indicators for project selection * Identify bottlenecks
Do your services include acting as a Project Manager within my organization?
Currently this option is not available. We can in turn offer 1:1 consultancy calls with your Project managers, as well deliver training sessions for the team.
