About this Gig
I process long documents to fix Grammar, Spelling and Punctuation. This saves Editors (or authors) hours of work allowing them to focus on content and style.
The goal is to speed up the boring part of text verification and leave creativity and decision making to humans.

How it works?
- You will send me your manuscript for proofreading.
- I will provide you with a corrected document.
- You will approve/decline the proposed changes.
Packages:
Basic - the corrections are provided as text highlighted in red. The reasoning for corrections is provided as comments. Choose this package if you want to approve the proposed changes quickly.
Standard - the corrections are provided as tracked-changes and comments. Choose this package if you want to use the industry standard process for reviewing every change one by one.
Premium - the corrections are provided in all 5 formats listed in FAQ. Best for situations where text goes through several editing stages. Mainly in business or academic work.
All packages come with documentation for how to use the output.

FAQ
Who is the this intended for?
Mainly editors that want to speed up the proofreading stage of the larger editing tasks. Authors that have budget restrains. I was there too, not knowing if my book justifies the editor fee so I proofreaded it myself and published the book without line editing.
It's an automation, why the 3 day delivery?
Its a safety margin, normally, I will deliver faster. I verify the results manually and in some cases I will need to check some details with you. For example some words that are unique to your work or get an approval to split the output into multiple documents.
How is this different from copy-pasting into AI chat (LLM)
As an author myself, I tried it. And it worked for short documents. When I had to proofread my 3000 word book, this wasn't as easy - I could not see what it changed and had to use another software just to know that AI did not try to change my writing. My SW exists due to this experience
Are you wokring with other languages?
Yes! There is no limitation to the languages, but the best results are for languages that are used in large countries (10+ million of native speakers in the world, so no ancient Mesopotamian please)
Why do I have multiple output formats?
After getting an edited work, every author has a different approach to the result. Examples: Tracked changes - Industry standard, approve or decline every edit. Inline - if your text came from another software, for example Adobe Framemaker or Robohelp, this format gives you speed
What can I expect from Proof Of Concept?
I will process a small portion of your text so you will understand that I provide high quality output. It will allow you to understand if my work is suitable for your needs Note: the text must be a portion of a large one, I don't want to steal work from other freelancers that process short docs
Are you using LLM as a part of the process?
To be honest - It is a part of the process. My custom-built software is using LLM for finding the corrections, verifying them and putting them into a range of formats suitable for your specific use case. Books and Academic writing are different and I have solutions for both, and more.
What are the 5 output types?
Inline - best when text comes from other software and you need to apply the corrections manually. Inline (No Comments) - for full trust in the result. Tracked-changes - Industry standard Hybrid - like Inline but comments in the right pane Hybrid clean - for full trust in output
Why do I provide documentation for how to use the output?
Fair questions - we are all writers here, we know what a reviewed document is. I provide various output types that speed up your work. For new authors - this documentation helps with learning the workflows. For advanced writers - it allows you to select the best workflow for your project
Are you trying to take the work from human editors?
No. I do not offer any services that require creativity or decision making. I don't believe that AI can or should write text. All I offer is to remove the repetitive tasks because they take a long time and Editors could spent it on the actual content instead of adding hundreds of commas for 3 days
