Have a shoe sample but no files, and need a shoe sample to tech pack conversion before you change factories?
I'm a footwear designer who documents an existing shoe, your own sample or one made by a past supplier, as a full tech pack, so any factory can quote and remake it.
What I do:

What do you need from me to start?
Photos of the sample from every side, the base size and a few ruler measurements I list for you. Then I confirm the shoe sample to tech pack scope.
Can you make a tech pack from photos only?
Yes, but photos bend proportions. I send a short measurement list, around 10 points with a ruler, so the drawings match the real shoe.
Will a new factory accept the tech pack?
Yes. The PDF and layered AI are what factories quote from. They will still make their own last and patterns from it.
How close will the remake be to my sample?
Shape, panels, materials and measurements are documented closely. Small differences come from the new factory's last, which is normal in footwear.
Can I document a shoe made by my old factory?
Yes, if the design is yours. I do not document other brands' protected designs for copying.
Can you change details while documenting?
Yes. Premium adds a redesigned version with each change marked, so the new factory sees exactly what differs.
Do you need the physical sample?
No. I work from your photos and measurements. I do not receive, cut or ship physical shoes.
How do revisions work?
Revisions cover changes inside the agreed design. A second sample or a changed brief is quoted as a custom offer.
What changes the price?
Number of panels and layers, a redesigned version, extra colorways and measurement depth.
Do I own the tech pack?
Yes. After completion you own the footwear techpack and can send it to any factory. I show work only with your permission.
