Q: What file format will you deliver the images in?
A: By default, I deliver optimized images in WebP format (the format recommended by Google and Shopify for fast loading) or PNG/JPEG on a pure white background, depending on your needs.
Q: What types of images do you not accept for this service?
A: I do not accept complex images such as fine jewelry with many links, fishing nets, bicycles, or models with very frizzy, loose hair. If you have any questions, please send me a message with a sample photo before placing your order.
Q: Will my photos comply with Amazon or Shopify policies?
A: Yes. The Standard and Premium packages are configured to the size (1200x1200px), white background (RGB 255,255,255), and exact centering required by major marketplaces.
Q: Do you offer revisions if I don’t like the result?
A: Yes, all my packages include revisions to ensure the images turn out exactly as you need them for your store.
Q: If I have 30 photos (fewer than the 40 in the Standard package), do I have to buy the Basic package two times?
A: No, I suggest you order my $25 Standard package. Even though it includes 40 photos and you only have 30, it’s much more cost-effective than charging you for the $10 Basic package two times, and it also includes file size optimization so your store loads faster.
