As chess expert and a deep love for both playing and teaching the game I am here to help you improve your chess.
As Bobby Fischer said "You can only get good at chess if you love the game."
With a Lichess rating of 2250, I 've gained a deep understanding of the game and I am here to help beginners and anyone wanting to improve!
I adjust my lessons to match your style and I will do my best to make them feel natural for you.
My teaching emphasizes problem-solving and analytical thinking and many of my students also choose to combine chess lessons with math or coding, which creates a powerful, well-rounded experience.
I especially enjoy working with kids, creating a friendly and supportive environment using the world-renowned Steps Method, which has generations of young players learn chess effectively.
Over my 6+ years of teaching, I've had students make great progress. One of my proudest moments was seeing a student reach a 2000+ rating, beat master-level players, and win local tournaments!

Yes, I offer additional services such as In-depth written analysis of your games, Video recording, and Personalized exercises and puzzles. Feel free to contact me if you are looking for something that will fit your needs and goals better!
What times are you available?
I am available all week long at: 11 am - 10 pm (EEST)! 4 am - 3 pm (EST)!
What are the technical requirements for live coaching?
You will only need to have a Lichess account, Zoom installed and stable internet connection! I recommend having a webcam and microphone for a better interaction. Please let me know if you have any technical difficulties or concerns before the session, and I will do my best to assist you!
What level of chess experience is required to take your lessons?
My lessons are suitable for players of all levels, from beginners to advanced players up to 1900 on lichess (1600 chess.com). I will adjust the content and level of difficulty to match your current skill level!
Do you have experience teaching kids?
Yes, I have experience teaching kids of various ages and skill levels. I have a patient and engaging teaching style that helps to keep the kids interested and motivated!
How will you assess my progress?
I will assess your progress in several ways, including analyzing your games, quizzing you on key concepts, and providing feedback on your thought process during our lessons. I will also track your progress over time and adjust my teaching approach to suit your needs.
How long will it take to see improvement in my chess game?
The length of time it takes to see improvement in your chess game will depend on your current skill level, your dedication to practice, and the frequency of our lessons. However, with regular practice and consistent lessons, you should see improvement in your chess game within a few weeks.
