How many revisions are included?
One revision is included for each package that will come with an additional presentation of the exact number of names you received initially. This is an extra step to ensure the satisfaction of each client.
How can I be sure if you understand my business' needs?
You will receive a series of questions that will help me create a brief that lays as the foundation of my research. Once I have all the answers, I start my research phase, and it's as custom as possible.
What recommends you to work for me?
I have been working for about 6 years in branding or advertising agencies, where I managed to enrich my knowledge. I have worked with clients all over the globe and managed to provide them the needed materials.
What is included in the packages?
There are 3 different packages, but all of them include trademark search for the region you mention, and they all include domain search. This way, you will be sure no other brand has the names proposed in the area you want to market yourself.
How the delivery will look like?
The delivery comes either as one PDF or two PDF documents, it depends on the purchased package. Each name comes with a concept and a story that will help you build the identity of your company.
What happens if I do not like the final deliery?
Rarely, things like this happen. The packages do not contain free revisions, but the price of a revision is lower than the initial one. However, if it's something that happened because I have mistaken something, there will be no additional price charged.
Do you translate to other languages?
I am fluid in Spanish, professional in English and Native in Romanian. I can create presentations on those 3 languages. If you need me to translate them to another language, I can definitely do so when you provide the translation.
How involved am I into the process?
At the beginning of it, I will need your help and input as much as possible. I want to discuss and discover your needs in depth. After I receive your answers and your indications, I will start the research process that will lead me to the creative one where I solely focus on your needs.
Can you become my go-to seller for other gigs as well?
Yes, I am in charge with everything related to branding: naming, logo, visual identity, packaging; and everything related to copywriting: social media posts, website content and many others.
What happens after I purchase?
You will receive a preliminary list of 3 questions, followed by another list of about 13 questions that you can answer in the next few days followed by your purchase. With that list of answers, I will managed to create something custom for your needs.
