FAQ
Do I need to provide my own API keys ?
Yes, you will need your own API keys for OpenAI, Voiceflow, Botpress, or n8n. I will guide you step-by-step on how to easily set them up and connect them to your custom AI chatbot
Can you deploy the AI chatbot on WordPress, Shopify, or Wix ?
I can embed your custom AI chatbot into any CMS or custom web application using a simple HTML/JS snippet or native platform integration
What is n8n automation and why is it needed for the AI chatbot ?
n8n automation is a powerful workflow engine. We use it behind the scenes to connect your AI agent with CRMs (GoHighLevel, HubSpot), databases, Google Sheets, and email tools to process lead data automatically
Will the AI chatbot answer questions based on my custom company data ?
Yes. Using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) technology, the AI chatbot learns directly from your provided PDFs, text files, or website links to give accurate, business-specific responses.
Can the AI chatbot be integrated with WhatsApp and Instagram ?
Yes! Using ManyChat or official APIs, I can deploy your WhatsApp chatbot, Instagram DM, Facebook Messenger, and Telegram bots seamlessly.
How does automated booking/scheduling work with the AI agent ?
The AI agent interacts with your leads, qualifies them, and provides a direct Calendly/CRM link or automatically schedules appointments directly into your calendar via n8n automation
What happens if the AI agent doesn't know the answer to a user's question ?
We configure a graceful fallback workflow where the AI chatbot politely informs the user and immediately routes or notifies a human agent via Slack, email, or your CRM
Is my business data and API usage secure ?
100%. All AI automation workflows are configured securely using your private API keys and accounts. Your business data is never shared or used to train public AI models
