I will clean, dedupe and format your contact list for CRM import
About this Gig
Your contact list is ready to import, but it isn't clean: duplicates, merged name columns, broken emails, five phone formats and blank required fields. Imports fail or create duplicates someone has to fix later.
We return one import-ready file for HubSpot, Zoho, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive or another CRM, plus:
- exceptions list: every row changed, merged, flagged or held back, with the reason
- dedupe report: which row was kept and which was merged into it
- summary: reconciled row counts (rows in = rows out + merged + rejected) and step-by-step import instructions
Default matching rules (you can change them):
- same email (ignoring case/spaces) = merged
- no email = merged only if company, name (90%+ fuzzy) and phone all match
- same phone, different emails = flagged, not merged
Input: one CSV or XLSX file within your package's row limit. Over 2,000 rows: message us for a custom quote first.
Not included: data enrichment, mail-server email verification, logging into your CRM, workflow or custom-object setup.
Privacy: files are processed locally, never uploaded to third-party AI tools, and deleted 14 days after delivery.
A synthetic before/after sample is in the gig gallery.
FAQ
Which CRMs do you support?
HubSpot, Zoho, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive or another CRM. A HubSpot template is built in; for any other CRM, send the field names you import into and we map to them.
Two contacts share a phone but have different emails. What happens?
They are not merged. Both stay in the file and appear in the exceptions list so you decide.
Do you find missing emails or phone numbers?
No. This is cleanup and formatting only, no enrichment.
Can you check against contacts already in my CRM?
Yes, if you include that export. Its rows count toward your package limit.
How do I know it worked?
Counts reconcile, the output has no duplicate emails, every phone uses the agreed format, and a 20-row test import succeeds with the instructions.
Do I need a call?
No. Fully asynchronous - no meeting required.
