Do I need to contact you before placing an order?
Yes. Please message me with a brief description of your process, the tools you use, and the expected result. I will review the scope and recommend the correct package.
What information do you need to start?
I need a description of your current process, the desired automation result, the services involved, sample data, and the required workflow steps. Screenshots or a simple process diagram are also helpful.
Do I need to provide accounts or API access?
Yes. You will need active accounts for the required services. Whenever possible, please use OAuth, temporary credentials, or limited team access instead of sharing account passwords. Access details will only be used to configure and test the agreed integrations.
Are third-party subscriptions and API fees included?
No. n8n hosting, paid subscriptions, OpenAI usage, and other third-party service fees are paid directly by the client.
Can you fix or improve an existing n8n workflow?
Yes. I can review, debug, optimize, or extend an existing workflow. Please send me a description of the issue and a screenshot or exported workflow before ordering.
What is included in a revision?
A revision covers adjustments to the originally agreed workflow scope. New tools, additional actions, new business logic, or requirements introduced after the order begins may require a Gig Extra or a custom offer.
Where will you build the n8n workflow?
I can build the workflow in your existing n8n workspace or prepare it in a development environment and deliver an export file. Building directly in your workspace is usually better for testing credentials and integrations.
Do you provide n8n installation and hosting setup?
Yes, I can install or configure a self-hosted n8n instance when agreed in advance. Server setup, domain configuration, updates, and security hardening are separate from the workflow packages and may require a custom offer.
Will I receive documentation for the workflow?
The workflow will include clear node names and an organized structure. Basic handover notes are included. Detailed technical documentation or a recorded walkthrough can be added through a custom offer.
Do you provide support after delivery?
I will fix confirmed issues related to the agreed workflow during the active order and included revisions. Ongoing monitoring, maintenance, new features, or issues caused by third-party API changes can be arranged separately.
