How do I transfer the files?
Dropbox, yandex.disk or any other file exchange service except google drive(somehow it's not working for me) Or direct download from your PC, there are some free programs for that kind of thing.
Do I need to upload files before purchasing?
Yes you do, because as soon as you buy gig the timer starts. Please upload before buying! Write some instructions for me if you have any. Use dropbox only, NO google drive.
What files do you accept?
Any files, in any formats.
What do i do with overexposed footage?
Nothing, it's really a failed shots, we can't get info about color from overexposed videos. So try lowering your exposition so we can make colors look great.
