Buyer has to lie down with a bed sheet/a blanket in a quiet, relaxed space. Meditation music can be used. Face-up position is recommended. Experienced receivers can meditate during the session. *In case of the live session (charged extra), the session is facilitated through Fiverr (Zoom).

It is suggested to be hydrated and have some energy to be present in the session. Two good cycles of sleep and hydration are recommended for the changes to sink down. It's also better to have an empty stomach before the session (last meal is 3-4 hours before the session or more).

Nothing at all! The body sometimes relax so much (it's natural) and we can sleep. No worries, reiki still does the work.

Mostly, a few hours before sleep, in the afternoon or evening, when the day has passed, and there's room for further relaxation. It can help our system to process the changes.
