My name is Alexis Vigil, and I am a professional proposal writer and owner of Outstanding Contract Management, LLC. My largest successful proposal to date was for a $325 Million multiple-award IDIQ contract with the federal government. I have a passion for empowering small businesses and redirecting taxpayer dollars back to the people!
This cost effective gig is geared towards DIYers who want to learn how to write proposals in-house, and need specific guidance and an overall structure to follow.
Once you have found an RFP you would like to bid on, I will help you get started on the proposal by creating an outline that meets all the RFP requirements. The outline will also include writing recommendations and best practices in each section to guide you as you prepare the proposal in-house! I am happy to incorporate your company's branding/logos at no additional cost.
The Basic/Standard/Premium packages are broken out by the maximum contract value shown in the RFP. If you need help determining which package is best for you, please send me the RFP and I will find the estimated contract value in the RFP or other public sources!

No, the outline will consist of a formatted Word document with your organization's branding, section headings as required by the RFP, and best practice guidance notes for you to follow as you write each section.
