FAQ
Can you guarantee a 90+ Google PageSpeed score?
No. I cannot guarantee a specific score or loading time. Performance depends on your hosting, WordPress theme, plugins, external scripts and other factors. I focus on practical improvements and measurable before-and-after testing.
Will my website design or functionality change?
My goal is to preserve your existing design and functionality. I test the affected pages after optimization. If a change causes a compatibility issue, I will revert that change when possible using the agreed backup or recovery procedure.
Do you optimize mobile and desktop performance?
Yes. I use available performance testing tools to assess mobile and desktop results. Some issues may affect both devices, while others require device-specific analysis. Results can vary between test runs.
Do you need access to my WordPress dashboard?
Usually, yes. I may need limited administrator access to review settings, images and plugins. Access must be authorized and shared securely through Fiverr-approved methods. A working backup or staging environment is required before changes.
Do you provide premium caching plugins or hosting upgrades?
No. Paid plugin licenses, hosting upgrades and third-party subscription costs are not included. I can work with existing or free compatible tools when appropriate.
Do you optimize WooCommerce websites?
Some WooCommerce websites may be compatible, but checkout, cart, account and dynamic pages require special care. Please contact me before ordering so I can review the setup and confirm which optimizations are safe.
What is included in the final delivery?
You receive a short summary of the completed optimizations, before-and-after performance test results and notes about any remaining limitations. Only the agreed website and package scope are included.
What does one revision include?
One round of adjustments related to the optimizations already delivered, within the original scope. It does not include additional websites, unrelated issues, new functionality or hosting migrations.
