What information do you need from me to get started?
Once you place an order, you’ll fill out a short requirement form. I’ll ask about your event type, date, location/vibe, preferred genres or eras, crowd demographics (e.g., age range), key moment songs (for first dance, entrances, etc.), and any "Must Play" or "Do Not Play" lists.
How do I play the custom playlist at my event?
I will send you a direct link to your custom, fully sequenced Spotify playlist. All you need to do is open the link on your phone, tablet, or laptop connected to your venue's sound system and press play - no shuffle required!
Can I request specific songs or genres to be included?
Absolutely. This is your event! You can give me a list of your favourite tracks, and I will seamlessly weave them into the flow. I'll also ensure any songs on your "Do Not Play" list stay completely off the dancefloor.
How do you structure the energy/flow of the music?
Music is ordered with intention. Rather than a random shuffle, tracks are grouped and transitioned by BPM (tempo), key, and genre progression. For multi-phase events, we move naturally from warm background/cocktail vibes, into mid-tempo dinner tracks, building up to high-energy peak party anthems.
Do I need a Spotify Premium account to use this?
While the playlist link works on both free and paid accounts, a Spotify Premium account is strongly recommended for events. This prevents ad interruptions, lets you download the playlist for offline playback, and gives you total control over song order and crossfading.
Can you make separate playlists for different parts of my event?
Yes! In the Standard (The Party) and Premium (The Celebration) packages, I deliver distinct, separate playlists (e.g., Guest Arrival, Cocktail Hour, Dinner, and Evening Reception). This makes it effortless to switch atmospheres with a single tap as your event moves along.
What if I want to adjust the order or swap a song after delivery?
Every package includes revisions! If you listen through and want to tweak a specific transition, swap out a track, or add a last-minute request, just let me know and I’ll adjust the playlist.
