Maybe you want it to look futuristic or polished? Try the chrome effect! (Note: the metallic look is a bitmap-based effect, the end result is not a vector file nor a 3D file)
Want the metallic effect in another color? Just say the word!
Sent me your file in any vector format (AI, EPS, SVG, etc.) or in a PNG with transparent background and I'll do the rest.
In case you don't have any of the formats mentioned above, don't worry, I can vectorize it for you. Just add the "vectorize your logo" extra and in the end you will have the source file in plain colors and vectors too! (overly complex ones are exempt of this)
What I will deliver:
-Basic package: your logo with a metallic effect over a black bg, white bg and transparent bg (PNG).
-Standard package: same as basic + an added custom background.
-Premium package: same as basic +an added 2 custom backgrounds.
Just note: the result of applying the metallic effect is a PNG image. No 3D object is created, as this is only an effect that gives an illusion of depth.

Can you send the vector files of the effect?
No, the effect is made through a bitmap / rasterized effect, and the resulting file is an image (PNG), so there is no vector file for the logo with the metallic effect.
I don't have a vector file for my logo, can you vectorize it?
Yes, I can vectorize most logos / monograms if you adquire the gig extra for it. The only kind of logos I wouldn't vectorize are very complex and / or illustration logos, but also because of its complex nature, those wouldn't even look good with the metallic effect.
How does the light flare affect the design?
The light flare can help to sell the idea of the logo being made of a shiny material. It can also add a focus point to guide the view of the user. NOTE: Adding a flare is only possible in images with dark background, so the light flare will be absent in the transparent & white bg PNG versions.
Do you create 3D files?
No, the metallic effect is a result of a rasterized effect applied in Photoshop, giving it only a 3D appearance. No 3D object, animation or file are created and the result is a flat PNG image.
