You receive:

Included: selected whitespace cleanup, optional removal of identical records, missing-field checks, repeated-ID checks and checks of agreed numeric columns. Product catalogs and other structured CSV exports are welcome.
Your original file stays unchanged. Leading zeros are preserved in the CSV. Conflicting IDs, unclear dates and ambiguous numbers are flagged for your confirmation.
Each package covers one CSV up to 25 MB and the listed row/column limits. Python and AI-assisted tools support the workflow. The gallery report uses synthetic demonstration data.

What will I receive?

Do you work with Excel files?
This service covers CSV files. If your source is XLSX, export the relevant sheet as CSV first. When opening a CSV in Excel, import identifier columns as Text to preserve leading zeros.
Will you delete every repeated product ID?
No. Repeated IDs may represent variants or conflicting records. I flag them for review. Identical original records are removed only when you request it, keeping the first occurrence.
Will you fix ambiguous dates, prices or missing information?
I flag unclear values rather than invent information. For example, 1,250 or 01/02/2026 may have different meanings. Provide explicit rules and source facts if you need a correction; I will confirm whether it fits the scope.
Can you prepare a product catalog for import?
I clean the CSV fields covered by this service. Live imports, store logins and guaranteed import compatibility are not included. Share the required schema before ordering if you need additional formatting.
Do you use AI?

What counts as a revision?
A revision adjusts the delivery against the original agreed rules using the same source file. New datasets, increased volume or new rules are a scope change. Basic and Standard include one revision; Premium includes two.
