About this gig
Hi, my name is Alex, I'm a 30-year-old bass-baritone male from Romania.
And yeah, before anything else I am not a native English speaker, but I can put up decent-sounding Easter-European English accented recordings (like the ones in this gig gallery), please take this into consideration before ordering.
So what's the meaning of this gig?!
Along the years of me doing sound design and audio post-production and in-process working on lots of projects that included some voice modulation and character formation, for games, movies and apps, I realised after some time spent on the microphone and in the DAW that I can do those myself not so bad (not just my opinion btw).
So since I'm a Bass-Baritone (as in voice range), I can manage to vocalize & design voice's for:
- Dark/Evil Characters;
- Different types of Monsters & Bosses;
- Demons & Dragons;
- UI systems/Droids/Aliens & Robots;
- Vampires & Ghosts;
- and other fantasy characters

Can you record a demo/sample of my script?
Yes. If you are unsure how your script is going to sound with my voice on it, you can always send a part of the text for me to record you a sample.
How do the Rights of usage work, which one should I add?
Each individual project requires a proper license for usage. Recordings with any business-related intent will require a Commercial license. Full Broadcast Rights are specific for running paid marketing advertisements on the internet, television, or radio. And the Basic Rights for any other types.
Can you reproduce the voice effect of this character/“filter” from a popular movie/game/cartoon?
Depends on how complex that character is. In most of the cases, I'm positive to get as close as possible to a specific reference (and or maybe even improve it).
Can you apply the same effects but on other dialogue files?
Yes, I can pretty much modulate any other dialogue files, mainly depending on the quality of that recording. Please send me a message regarding this and will get back to you asap.

I wanted a sinister ghostly voice and got more that I expected, multiple versions of every line, good communication and understanding of what was requested, and quick responses! Yes it is more expensive than other artists, but well worth the extra cost in my experience! Would recommend.
