Too much admin and no team to hand it to? I'll set up your own team of Claude AI assistants and train you to run it.
You get a COO assistant that routes your requests to the right specialist, plus the roles you choose: Inbox and Admin, Social Media, Research, Sales and Leads, Customer Support, and a Finance Prep Assistant that organises your bank statements for your accountant.
What you get:

Set up in Claude on your own computer and Claude plan, using Claude Projects or the Claude desktop app. You run it and own it. I never see your emails, files or passwords. No monthly fee.
Honest limits: assistants draft and prepare, and they sometimes can make mistakes. The Finance Prep Assistant never files, pays or advises. I can't promise results.

FAQ
1. Do you run the assistants for me?
No. You run them yourself on your own computer, Claude plan and accounts. I configure and train, then hand over. I never run the assistants, review or fix your documents, or hold your data.
2. Do you need my passwords or access to my email or files?
No, never. I build and test with sample or made-up data only. You connect your own accounts yourself, following my written guide and video. Please do not send me real emails, receipts, statements or logins.
3. Is there a monthly fee or retainer?
No. It is a one-off setup. After delivery I answer setup questions in Fiverr messages for 14, 30 or 45 days, depending on your package. Extra roles and later changes are a paid extra or a new order.
4. What if something stops working or I want a change later?
Support covers how-to questions and fixing the setup I delivered. After that, a paid Tune-up session: you describe the problem in words, I update the role instructions using sample data only, and you apply the update yourself.
5. What do I need to get started?
Your own paid Claude plan, a Windows or Mac computer, and about 2 to 8 hours in your first week or two to connect and test. I set it up in Claude Projects or the Claude desktop app. Plans, limits and prices change, so check Anthropic's site first.
6. Will it work on its own while I am away?
No. The assistants draft and prepare, and you approve. Nothing is sent, posted, spent or filed without your yes, and money, filing and deleting stay with you. Your computer and the Claude app need to be on. They make mistakes, so you stay in charge.
7. Is my data private? What is prompt injection?
Whatever you give the assistants goes to Anthropic under your plan's terms, so check its privacy and training settings. Emails and web pages can hide instructions aimed at AI (prompt injection). I set the assistants to flag them, but the risk stays, so you approve everything.
8. Can you promise I will save time or get results?
No. I can't promise hours saved, income or results. How much it helps depends on your business and how consistently you use and review it.
9. Who owns the setup and who pays for what?
You do. You own your Claude account, folder and files, and you pay Anthropic and any tools you connect directly. I keep nothing and have no access after handover.
10. Do you use this in your own business, and has it helped?
Yes. I run my own COO and team of assistants for research, content drafts and project admin, and it takes a lot of the drafting and preparation off me. I still review and approve everything. I can't promise the same results for you, as it depends on your business.
