I will parse resumes into a spreadsheet with screening columns
About this Gig
A stack of resumes is not a shortlist. Send me your resumes and get back a clean candidate spreadsheet structured, comparable, and screened against your own job requirements.
WHAT YOU GET
One row per candidate: name, email, phone, location, current title and employer, total years of experience, skills as written, education, certifications, languages
Screening columns matched to your requirements list (Standard and up)
A ranked shortlist sheet with match notes that cite evidence from the resume only (Premium)
HOW I WORK
Experience is computed only from dated roles undated roles are flagged, never estimated
Skills are extracted exactly as written: no inflation, no synonyms added
Anything a resume lacks is noted, so a blank means "not stated," not "missed"
Built for small businesses, recruiters, and hiring managers who screen in spreadsheets instead of an ATS. Send the job requirements with your order and the screening columns are built around them.

FAQ
What formats can I send?
PDF, Word, and text resumes, plus scans/photos. One file per candidate is easiest, but a mixed folder works.
How does the screening work?
Send your job-requirements list with the order. Screening columns are built from it, and Premium match notes cite only what the resume itself states — no invented qualifications, ever.
How is years of experience calculated?
Only from roles with dates. If a role is undated, the field is left blank and flagged in NOTES rather than estimated.
Is candidate data kept private?
Files are used for this extraction only. Tell me your retention preference with the order — delete on delivery or archive — and I'll confirm it in the delivery message.
We hire in batches. Can this be recurring?
Yes — send each batch as a new order or message me about a standing arrangement via custom offer.
