How long will delivery take?
Delivery depends on the package: Basic (1 day), Standard (3 days), Premium (5-7 days). Larger portfolios or heavy backlog cleanups may need a custom timeline, message me first if you have more than 4 properties or over a year of unreconciled data.
How many revisions do I get?
Basic includes 1 revision, Standard includes 2 revisions, and Premium includes 3 revisions. Revisions cover corrections to the original scope, additional properties, accounts, or expanded reporting outside the original order will be quoted separately.
What do you need from me to get started?
1. Read only or accountant access to your QuickBooks account 2. Airbnb/AppFolio login credentials (or API access if available) 3. A list of your properties/entities 4. Any existing chart of accounts or prior bookkeeping files (if available) 5.Bank/credit card statements for the reconciliation period
Do I need to buy QuickBooks or AppFolio myself?
Yes, I don't provide software licenses. You'll need your own active QuickBooks and AppFolio subscriptions. I work within your existing accounts and can advise on the right QuickBooks plan if you're unsure.
Is my financial data safe?
Yes. I only request the access needed to complete the job (view-only where possible), and I don't store or share your financial data outside the scope of this project.
How do we communicate during the project?
Primarily through Fiverr's inbox for order updates and file sharing. For Premium orders, we can schedule a call (video or voice) for the included consultation sessions. I typically respond within 24 hours.
What if my books are a bigger mess than expected?
No proble, I'll flag it early and send a custom offer for the additional scope before doing extra work, so there are no surprises on pricing.
