Do my guests need to download an app from the App Store/Google Play?
No, no download is required! It is a lightweight Mobile Web-App. I will provide a simple web link and a 5-digit personal code for each guest. They just click the link, enter their code in their phone's browser (Safari/Chrome), and they are good to go!
Can couples stay together during the dinner?
Absolutely! Just indicate in your guest list who is a "couple" or "pair". My algorithm will treat them as a single unit, ensuring they always travel and eat together at the same tables.
Does everyone have to cook and host a course?
Not at all! A Progressive Dinner usually has a mix of "Hosts" (who receive guests at their house for one specific course) and "Traveling Guests" (who just move from house to house). Just specify in your spreadsheet who is hosting and my algorithm will handle the rest perfectly.
What happens if a guest cancels at the last minute?
Event planning is unpredictable! If someone drops out before the event, just message me. Depending on your package, I offer revisions. I will quickly re-run the algorithm with the updated list and provide you with a fresh schedule. (Check my Gig Extras for last-minute emergency updates!)
Will guests know their entire schedule in advance?
No, and that’s the fun part! The Live Web-App keeps the destinations a secret. The next address is only revealed 15 minutes before it's time to move, keeping the surprise intact! (Note: Guests who are hosting will see their own hosting schedule 48 hours in advance so they have time to prep).
