How many free amendments do you provide?
1 free amendments provided. Additional amendments will cost $20. It is very time consuming to get the slides re-arranged/re-sync. The entire slideshow will need to be re-rendered as well due to the changes and this will take hours.
How soon can you delivery the slideshow? Your gig stated 3 days for delivery.
Depending on the jobs on hand, will normally take less than 24hrs. I cant guaranteed on the 24 hours delivery as I might have multiple jobs on hand and might take longer than that. If you need your slideshows urgently, please consider purchasing the extra fast delivery.
What file format will the final slideshow be in?
The final slideshow will be delivered in mp4 format. For other format, please contact me and I am more than happy to assist you with the required format.
How do I send over the images and song?
You can upload all your images and song to google drive or dropbox and share with me the download link here.
What I can do to speed up the process?
Make sure to rename your photos in numeric sequence so that I know how to have them arranged. Do type out your text in words document with proper formatting to prevent any spelling mistake.
Do you provide background audio?
No, I don't. You will need to look for the audio files yourself and send it over to me in mp3 format. Alternately, you can look up the songs on youtube and share the link with me.
Do you provide voiceover service?
No, I dont.
Can I add in video clips to the slideshow and how is the charges?
Yes, you can add in video clips. The fees will be based on the length of the clips. Kindly contact me to have a custom quote.
