What do you need from me to get started?
I will need your data files or access to the relevant data source, as well as the specific business reporting tools, a brief explanation of your business needs, stakeholders, and the main KPIs or questions you want the dashboard to answer. If you are unsure about the KPIs, I can help define them.
Can you clean and transform my data?
Yes. Data cleaning and transformation can be included depending on the selected package. This may include restructuring tables, removing inconsistencies, creating calculated fields and preparing the data model for reporting. Basic cleaning and transforming is contemplated in all packages.
What is included in the PowerPoint presentation?
The presentation summarizes the main KPIs, charts, findings, relevant questions, and business insights from the dashboard in a clear format suitable for management or stakeholder presentations. The number of slides may not exceed 10.
Are reports only in English?
No. I am competent in three languages: Spanish, English, and French. For other languages I can't assure accuracy.
What counts as a dashboard page?
A dashboard page is, initially, one report page or view containing a set of KPIs, charts and interactive elements.

What could happen in the process?
I believe a dashboard should truthfully tell a whole story, therefore, before starting I will review your dataset and assess your questions. If a the dataset does not fit one page, we would have to either limit the scope, adjust the objective, or custom the package to fit your needs.
