No. The video is sent to the buyer directly after the production is complete. The buyer chooses how to use the videos for their brand.
Will my products be returned?
At this time, I do not offer product returns.
Do you have any pets?
Yes! I have two cats that are happy to participate in interacting with new products.
Do you offer revisions?
All orders include 1 revision: revision is editing (cropping/moving/deleting), adjusting text on screen, editing text. Reshoot are not included in the revision. Reshoots are $20 per reshoot request.
Can you reshoot content?
Reshoots are not part of revisions. All reshoot requests are subject to $20 fee per reshoot request.
