I don't know if I need n8n, Dify, or a custom build — can you help me decide?
Yes. Send me your task in the requirements form and I'll recommend the right fit before you commit to a package. If Basic isn't enough for your case, I'll tell you upfront rather than after you've ordered.
Do I need my own accounts/API keys for the apps and AI provider?
Yes — you'll need accounts for the apps being connected (e.g. Gmail, Slack, your CRM) and an API key for your chosen LLM provider (Claude, GPT, Gemini, etc.). I can advise on setup if you're new to this.
Where will the automation run — do you host it for me?
I build and test the workflow, then hand it off (e.g. as an n8n workflow file or Dify app export) along with setup instructions. Hosting isn't included by default, but I can quote separately if you want me to also set up and manage hosting.
What happens if it breaks after delivery?
All packages include an async support window (3 or 7 days) to fix bugs from the original scope. Basic doesn't include post-delivery support, but I'll always fix anything that doesn't match what was agreed — that's on me, not an extra charge.
Can you add more steps/apps later if my needs grow?
Yes — most clients start with a Basic or Standard automation and expand it later. I'll quote the addition separately rather than trying to force it into the original scope.
Is my data safe? Will you see sensitive information?
I only access what's needed to build and test the workflow. I don't store or reuse your data, and I'm happy to sign an NDA for Standard/Premium projects if needed.
Can you build this without [n8n/Dify] — I want it fully custom?
Yes, that's what the Premium tier is for — a custom-built agent (using frameworks like Strands, or orchestrated directly via Claude Code) instead of a no-code platform, usually because of specific logic, latency, or cost constraints those platforms don't handle well.
