I provide complete footwear product development support, helping clients move from early concept to production-ready product and mass manufacturing preparation.
Scope of Service:
- Research and footwear design based on market, user, function, and price positioning
- Supplier sourcing (China,HK, India, & Indonesia) based on capability, MOQ, FOB target, quality, and timeline
- Sampling coordination, timeline monitoring, and factory progress follow up
- Sample review and client confirmation
- Tech pack revision and sample update coordination until final approval
- Mass production monitoring with weekly and monthly progress updates
- Project is completed once production enters shipping stage.
Not Included:
- Legal and regulatory compliance
- Payment processing, taxes, and shipping execution
