Do I need to contact you before placing an order?
Yes. Please message me first, especially for complex bugs, Laravel upgrades, or new features. I’ll review the issue and recommend the right package or a custom offer.
Can you add new features, not just fix bugs?
Yes. I can add features such as dashboards, roles and permissions, APIs, payment integrations, business workflows, and other Laravel functionality.
Can you upgrade my Laravel or PHP version?
Yes, but upgrades can vary a lot depending on the project, packages, and current version. Please contact me first so I can review the scope before you order.
Can you work on an existing Laravel project?
Yes. Most of this gig is focused on existing Laravel applications. I can review the current codebase, understand how it works, and fix or extend it carefully.
Can you upgrade my old Laravel app to the latest version?
Yes. I first check your composer.json to see which packages are compatible. Single-version upgrades fit the Premium package. For very old apps, I'll review the code and give you a custom quote before you order.
Will you work directly on my production server?
I prefer a safe workflow. Whenever possible, changes are made and tested separately before being applied to production. For risky production changes, I recommend having a backup first.
What if my issue is bigger than the package I ordered?
If the issue requires more work than expected, I’ll explain the scope before proceeding and send a custom offer if needed.
Will you break anything else in my app?
I work on a separate branch, test the affected features, and take a backup before any change. I also explain what I changed, so you're never left guessing.
What do you need from me to start?
Access to your code (GitHub, GitLab, or a zip file), your Laravel and PHP versions, and the error message or screenshot. For server issues, I'll also need hosting access, shared only through Fiverr's order requirements.
