FAQ
Do I need an existing Sellercloud account?
No. If you don’t have one, I can guide you through getting started and then set it up. If you already use Sellercloud, I’ll work inside your current account.
Which marketplaces can you integrate?
Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Walmart and TikTok Shop are included in the packages. Other channels like Etsy, Wayfair or Best Buy may be possible too, so message me before ordering and I’ll confirm.
What does the audit include?
I review your Sellercloud settings, inventory and order workflows, then send a written report listing the problems I found and how to fix them. The Basic package covers the review and report only, not the fixes themselves.
How many products are included in Premium?
Up to 50 product listings. If you have more, I can add extra listings as a paid add-on or a custom offer.
What access do you need from me?
I’ll need access to your Sellercloud account and the sales channels being connected. I’ll tell you exactly what’s required after you order, and I only ask for what the job needs.
I’m not sure which package I need. What should I do?
