What information do I need to provide to get started?
You'll need to share access to your accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks or Sage) or provide your Excel/manual records, along with any bank statements for the period. I'll take care of the rest.
What format will the reports be delivered in?
Reports are delivered in Excel and PDF format. If you need a specific format or template, just let me know before ordering and I'll accommodate it.
Can you prepare management accounts if my books are not up to date?
Yes! I can review and clean up your existing records before preparing the reports. If significant cleanup is required, this may be quoted separately
What is the difference between Basic, Standard and Premium packages?
Basic covers monthly accounts for 1 entity. Standard covers a full quarter with variance analysis and KPIs. Premium includes board reporting format with full commentary, internal controls review and tax reporting — ideal for directors and investors.
Can I get management accounts in board reporting format?
Yes, board reporting format with management commentary is included in the Premium package. It is suitable for presenting to directors, investors or lenders.
Do you work with businesses outside the UK?
Yes! While I specialise in UK businesses, I can prepare management accounts for businesses in any country as long as records are maintained in English and in one of the supported software platforms or even scattered records maintained manually
