WhatsApp Incident Management System designed for field teams (like maintenance, security, or utility workers). It bridges the gap between a citizen/user reporting an issue and a dispatched worker on the ground, all managed through a central web-based administrative dashboard.
️ How It Works (The Workflow)
- User Reporting: A user texts #report to the WhatsApp bot. The bot initiates a "state-machine" conversation, asking for a Photo, a GPS Location, and the Severity of the issue.
- Automated Dispatch: The system checks the database for "Active" workers who are currently on their work shift (configurable via timezone/hours). It automatically forwards the incident details and a Google Maps link to those workers via WhatsApp.
- Admin Control: A manager logs into a secure Admin Panel
- User Monitoring: The user receives a unique Ticket ID (e.g., INC-A1B2) and can text #report-progress at any time to check if their issue is "OPEN" or "FIXED.
