Is this a HIPAA compliance or certification service?
No. I implement an agreed internal workflow with privacy-aware practices. You remain responsible for legal obligations, policies, licenses and any required compliance review.
What exactly does Basic include?
One standard-connector flow with one trigger, one approval stage and one notification, agreed approve/reject tests and handoff. It does not include a custom app.
Will I need additional licenses?
You provide a suitable Microsoft 365 and Power Automate environment. Connector and license eligibility must be confirmed first; premium/custom connectors are excluded from these packages.
Can you automate DocuSign or build Power Apps?
Not in these packages. DocuSign, premium connectors and custom applications require separate feasibility and licensing assessment.
What access and information do you need?
Start with a sanitized process diagram and fields. Do not send PHI or passwords. Any necessary access is scoped and delegated after the order and authorization.
What counts as a revision and who owns the flow?
Revisions adjust the agreed flow, not add a new process. Delivery includes agreed ownership/connection handoff notes; ongoing maintenance and new branches are separate.
