Are there any topics you will NOT create UGC for?
I will not create UGC videos for adult and religious products and services. If an order is placed for a project I am uncomfortable promoting, I will give you a head's up and offer a full refund.
Can you offer product images?
Yes, I offer images as well. Let me know if you're interested in this service.
Can you promote the product or service on your account?
Most likely yes, if it falls within the content we usually post.
How do revisions work?
I will always do my best to give you a 5* experience. If I make a mistake, I will correct it at no charge. Orders include 2 revisions, which includes modifying a voiceover, moving clips on the video timeline, and adjusting flow, pacing, music, or captions.
What if the scope of the project changes after the video has been delivered?
All on-camera work is filmed according to your selling points or the approved script. If there are any changes to the script after I have already shot the video, and the on-camera scenes need to be reshot for consistency, or if your edit requires substantial editing, an additional charge will apply.
