When will I get my order?
Most orders are returned within 24 hours, but longer projects and extras (such as background music, script writing, etc.) may add time to your order. It should tell you a rough estimate of timing at check out. * Please ignore the estimated delivery time if you order 4 hour delivery at checkout.
Does my audio come with music behind it?
If you'd like music to play behind your audio, please add "Background Music" as an extra at checkout.
How do script or audio revisions work?
All orders come with two tone revisions to ensure you receive the perfect voiceover for your project. Script or directional changes may incur an additional charge. Revision requests must be made within 48 hours of audio delivery.
Do I need to buy commercial rights or broadcast rights?
Commercial rights are required for you to use your audio to promote your service or company on non-paid channels, like social media, websites, etc. To use the audio in paid ads or on TV, radio, etc., please purchase usage rights as an extra at checkout.
Do you offer discounts?
I offer discounts for return customers and large projects over 10 minutes in length or for customers who also order a script. Please message me to discuss your project needs.
Can you match the timing of the audio to my video?
Yes, please add "timed audio sync" at checkout.
What types of editing do you offer?
My post-production chain includes breath volume reduction, background noise reduction, normalization, equalization, de-ess, de-click, and removal of plosives. Add "PRO Mix & Master" as an extra at checkout to have your audio professionally mixed and mastered by my audio engineer.
I need to expedite my order. What do I do?
The following extras can be added at checkout: - Priority delivery (pushes your order up in my queue) - 24 hour delivery - 4 hour delivery (valid M-F, 8a-4p CT) Please note: your order completion time may show up incorrectly, as Fiverr only allows delivery times in days, not hours. Please ignore.

I believe the mixup was the thought that this would be a person and it seems AI generated. Overall I’m not upset with the delivery just feel like cost is high for AI generated content.
