Welcome! Thank you for checking out my Gig! This Gig is for proofreading and editing. Below you will find a breakdown of what the base package includes. If you are looking for more options, you can always add more to your package with my extras or contact me for a specialized quote!

- Consistency: I use comments to mark consistency errors. This includes when spelling changes on names/places/etc., when a character does something that contradicts a previous action (e.g. character repeats an action, such as sitting down twice within a few paragraphs without indicating they stood or moved), etc.
All documents must be received in a .doc or .docx format.
I use track changes in Word for all editing. Any other method for marking changes would come at an additional cost.

FAQ
What is the required document format?
.doc or .docx format is necessary as I use track changes in Word.
What is the typical turn around time?
If no orders are in my queue, I can usually complete an order for a 50k word document in approximately three days. The timing on the Gigs are set to assume an order is already in progress when you submit yours.
Can you proofread and edit a Pages document?
I can as long as the format provided is in .doc or .docx. Please note though that I have seen alignment and formatting issues occur, so I would not recommend sending a formatted version.
