A program has to launch, report and keep running while everyone on the team already has a full job. I take the coordination: the workplan, the meetings, the follow ups, the funder deliverables and the data that proves the work happened.

I manage mental health and addictions programs for a First Nations health organization in northwestern Ontario, across multi agency partnerships and provincial funders. I have set up case management systems, staff portals, reporting cycles and intake pathways from zero.

You get a workplan in the first week, a weekly written update, a tracked action list, and the reports your funder asks for, in their format.
