What standards do you follow when preparing a BOQ?
I work with both US and UK standards. For US projects I follow CSI MasterFormat, and for UK projects I use CESMM (Civil Engineering Standard Method of Measurement). I am also familiar with FIDIC, NEC, and JCT contract frameworks.
What information do I need to provide to get started?
Just share the project details — building type, location, number of floors, scope of works, and any drawings or specifications you have. If you don't have drawings, I can work with a basic description and standard assumptions.
What file formats will I receive?
All documents are delivered as professionally formatted PDFs. Source files can also be provided upon request, depending on the package selected.
Can you work on projects outside the US and UK?
Yes. I have prepared construction documents for projects in multiple countries. As long as you share the relevant local standards or specifications, I can adapt the documents accordingly.
Do you offer revisions if I need changes?
Yes. Revisions are included in every package — 1 revision for Basic, 2 for Standard, and 3 for Premium. If you need additional revisions beyond that, we can discuss a small additional fee.
How accurate are the quantities and cost estimates?
All quantities are measured carefully based on the information provided. Rates are based on current market pricing for the relevant location. However, all figures are indicative and subject to contractor confirmation, as stated in the documents.
How do you deliver the final documents?
All completed documents are delivered directly through Fiverr as downloadable PDF files, neatly formatted and ready to submit to clients, contractors, or for portfolio use.
