About this gig

A sales-floor platform designed for outbound calling teams. It tracks every lead from the first dial through to close, and measures how agents perform across shifts, teams, and projects.


Five roles operate within the system: Sales People, Closers, QA Reviewers, Team Leads, and Administrators (Super Admin and HR). Each role has a clearly defined scope of what they can see and what actions they can take.


Also has a softphone dialer for making calls which will be a revolutionarized version of Xlite and one click transfer,listen, takeover also possible using it.
